The 11th edition of the European Breast Cancer Conference (EBCC-11) took place from 21–23 March 2018 in Barcelona, Spain. The aim of the European Breast Cancer Conferences is to support the establishment of a European multidisciplinary platform for scientific exchanges on all aspects of breast cancer, from bench to bedside.
The poster "Acute toxicity and quality of life in breast cancer patients treated by radiotherapy – results from the REQUITE multi-centre cohort study", T. Rattay et al. was shown. This study assessed the relationship between QoL in the acute treatment phase with acute radiotherapy toxicity and patient and treatment variables in breast cancer patients.
